Chromatography is an analysis technique used to separate chemical mixtures into individual components. These components can then be identified and their concentrations determined. The technique is used extensively in all fields of chemical analysis. These fields include biological research, toxicology, forensic science, chemical / pharmaceutical research, manufacturing, and environmental testing .
